Questions
Do I need to know Laravel?
No. The web installer checks your server, creates the database tables and your administrator account. Updating is described step by step in the documentation.
Can I use it for a gym with several trainers?
Yes. Each trainer has their own panel and sees only their own sessions. Administrators see everything.
Which payment methods work?
Stripe (cards) and PayPal, plus manual payments such as cash or bank transfer that you register by hand.
Can my clients use it on their phone?
Yes. The whole app is responsive and the client portal is designed for phones, with a bottom tab bar to book, cancel and see invoices.
Is there a demo?
Yes, at demo.repwise.dev. Use the one-click logins for administrator, trainer and client. The demo data is reset every day.
How many sites can I install it on?
One license covers one production site, plus local and staging copies for testing it. You can install it for a client, one license per client site. See the license terms.
Where is my clients' data stored?
On your own hosting and database. We have no access to it. Repwise includes tools to export a client's data and to anonymize a client, which helps with GDPR requests.
What about updates and support?
Updates and support are included for 12 months. After that, Repwise keeps working and you can optionally renew updates for 19 € per year. Support covers installation help and bug reports by e-mail. See the support page.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 14 days if Repwise has a defect we cannot fix or does not do what this page says. Details in the refund policy.
Can I change the code or the design?
Yes. You get the full source code and may modify it for your own installation. You may not resell or redistribute it.
