3. Who receives your data
We share data only with providers that help us run the business, under data-processing agreements where required:
- [Payment provider]: checkout, payment processing, tax collection and delivery of the download. It acts as an independent controller for payment data and, if it is the merchant of record, for the sale itself. See its own privacy policy.
- Hosting provider ([Hostinger or other]): hosts this website and the demo.
- E-mail provider ([your e-mail service]): receives and sends our messages.
- Advisers and authorities (accountant, tax authorities) when the law requires it.
We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
4. International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. When that happens we rely on an adequacy decision, the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard, as described by each provider.
5. How long we keep data
- Order and invoice records: for the period required by tax and commercial law (in Spain, up to 6 years).
- Support messages: while we are helping you and for up to 3 years afterwards in case of follow-up questions.
- Server logs: up to 90 days.
- Cookie choice: 12 months.
After these periods we delete or anonymize the data.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict and object to the processing of your data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To use them, write to hello@repwise.dev. We may ask you to prove your identity.
If you think we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish data-protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD), or to the authority of your country.
7. Security and minors
We use HTTPS, access controls and up-to-date software to protect the data we hold. This website and the Product are intended for adults and businesses; we do not knowingly collect data from children.
