1. Our promise
Try the live demo before you buy: it is the same product. If after buying you cannot get Repwise to work as described, we want to help first and refund if we cannot.
2. 14-day money-back guarantee
You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase if:
- the Product has a defect that prevents normal use and we cannot fix it after you contacted support; or
- the Product does not do something that we state it does on this website.
Write to hello@repwise.dev with your order number and a short description of the problem. We will answer within 3 business days. Refunds are paid back to the original payment method through [Payment provider]; it may take several days to appear.
3. What is not covered
- A change of mind after you downloaded the Product, because you can test the same software in the live demo first.
- Problems caused by a hosting environment that does not meet the stated requirements.
- Features that are not described on this website.
4. Your legal rights
This policy is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer, which we do not limit. See section 6 of the terms for how the right of withdrawal works for digital content.
5. After a refund
When we refund an order the license ends and you must stop using the Product and delete your copies.
